DARK MATTER is matter that neither emits nor scatters light or electromagnetic radiation. It cannot be directly seen but is believed to constitute over eighty per cent of matter in the universe. Even so, what actually constitutes Dark Matter remains elusive.

La materia oscura è materia che non emette né diffonde la luce o radiazioni elettromagnetiche. Non può essere visto direttamente, ma si crede che costituiscono oltre il 80 per cento della materia nell'universo. Anche così, ciò che costituisce in realtà Materia Oscura resta sfuggente.
